As for the manga, neither the movie or the Bount arc are canon but the movie is "slightly" more canon because Kubo actually had a part in its writing unlike the Bount arc which only carries his name but obviously does not carry his creativity. But I've heard from a totally unreliable source that this movie happens right after they save Rukia and return to the human world, which is when the Bount story takes place.- Noman953 What do you mean by official? In terms of the anime, I think the movie will either retcon the Bount arc or exist as a "parallel universe" occurrence. I know the anime has included the Bount arc as offical unlike the Naruto fillers. Is the movie consistent with the Bleach story. However, I will continue to link to pertinent YouTube (or otherwise) hosted clips or promotional material for demonstrative purposes in the future if I feel that it falls under fair-use.
